To Do List For Today √ Get up and move…not out of town, just out of bed. √ Do 30 minutes of exercise…I don’t think I have the time…not if I want to drink some coffee and check my email. √ Go into work smiling…this one is easy √ Say something nice to someone. √ Hug at least one person. √ Eat a light lunch. √ Finish one project √ Smile when I come back in the house tonight √ Listen to those who stayed home all day and now want to talk. √ Eat dinner then watch TV √ Kiss everyone good night. Hey, it was a great day!!!!!!
