Employment Recruiters are not all Equal

I have been and employment recruiter, off and on throughout my working years.  I can tell you that these places can be of help if you are seeking a job.  If you are seeking employment in a professional field, its important to sign up with a an employment agency that specializes in your field.  A guy who worked with me in a temporary government position was a civil engineer.  He hooked up with a company called CSI when he knew his appointment was nearing the end. They are linked with numerous Civil Engineering Firms throughout the country. I must say that this group has all of the key factors one should look at when seeking employment assistance.  First, you need staff with lots of experience in the same field and then you need a company that that understands confidentiality and most importantly, you need a company that is pro-active in building relationships.  CSI helped my friend get a great job in a great place with an awesome salary.
