A NURSE comes over and takes Clarissa from Brian to clean her up. NURSE Your wife need her rest now, Mr. Corby, she has had a forceps delivery and not had an easy time with it. Linda grabs Brian's hand. LINDA No, I want him to stay. It's bad enough you wouldn't let him stay for the birth. It would have been easier for me if you had. NURSE Now, come on Linda, we have to get you cleaned up and to your room. He can see you there. The nurse wretches Brian away from Linda. Linda looks really annoyed.
