Over the years I have lived in more than 25 homes; some we owned, some we rented. In the ones that we owned, I can honesltly say that we were very fortunate to not have any major construction or appliance issues. However, I will say, that in each house we owned, we had to replace a water heater at least once if we lived there more than two years. I always knew there had to be a better way to have hot water and save energy. Well here it is, tankless water heaters . I love it. Hot water on demand so no keeping forty gallons of water hot when you aren't using it. I am currently in a home that I plan on putting on the market this year. Once sold we plan to build a smaller place and you can bet we are putting one of these in!
