Today there are software solutions for just about everything in business. I once had a small business and everything I did was done manually. I had lots of paper and files. Now I regularly think about how benificial it would have been to have software to help me with the budget and planning. However, what I had never thought about about is how software could help me with talent management. I am currently helping a friend with her non-profit organization and while I was researching some things for her I came upon a place called Halogen Software. It's a huge webste with software soluctions to meet just about anyone's needs. If you are in business or running an HR department, you should stop in and check them out. You might just find the next software that will help you save time and money.
