I can tell you for me, the answer to that question is SLEEP! I've always found it interesting that mattresses are such an important purchase and quite expensive, but we go into a store lay down on it once and then buy it. My experience has not been very good. Usually when I get them home and sleep on them a week, I hate it. Well, I'm about to sell my house and I'm selling it furnished, so I will be in the market agaiin for a nattress. I think this time I will try a foam mattress . I like most of the memory foam pillows so maybe having the whole mattress being made of that material might be the answer. I sure hope so.
