EXT. HORSE FIELD - LATE NIGHT
Linda and Natasha pull up to the field in the car. They have
a view of the horses in the field by the light of the
headlights. Max, Linda's grey horse is standing by the gate
and he shines silver in the moonlight. His eyes glowing in
the dark. He does not move from the entrance to the field.
Prisey and the other horses come over to the gate,
recognizing Linda's car.
NATASHA
He's all right, mummy. He's all
right!
LINDA
There, I told you he would be.
Max, is standing still as the other horses amble around.
LINDA
(continuing)
I'll just go up and check over
since we're here. Can you pass me
the bucket of nuts, please? It's
not nice to wake them up and not
give them a tidbit.
Natasha passes Linda the bucket from between her legs in the
front of the car and Linda gets out of the car.
LINDA
(continuing)
I won't be long, Tash. I'll leave
the engine running, so you'll stay
warm. That way the battery won't
go flat and I can leave the lights
on while I check them.
