I have a been a supplement fan for a long time. Lately there has been a lot of negative press regarding viitamins and supplements and I find it all a bit disconcerting. When I go to the store (as naive as I guess it seems) I trust that what I am buying is what it says it is on the label. Only today, I guess that isn't necessarily the case. I found a place caled orovo that uses what they call Superfoods for their supplements and claim to produce the highest quality products around. Has anyone heard about them or their Superfoods?
