My aunt finally took her computer to a place who told her she needed to get more memory for her computer. I didn’t realize it, but her computer is almost eight years old. So, I’m guessing her memory is very small. They are currently fixing it for her and they made a good suggestion and that was that she should go to a flash memory store and get a thumb drive or an external hard drive to save things on. I think I may do the same thing.
