Seems like a silly question, but I am curious. I can buy every other kind of insurance that way. I travel a lot and every time I buy airline or train tickets they offer up the insurance. It is usually just inexpensive enough to make you feel like you should buy it. However, I spent a ton on it last year when I figured it up. If someone offered annual travel insurance I’d probably buy it.
