There are a lot of programs out there for low income people. There is help with food, utilities, medical care, etc. The other day a coworker of mine was hit by a car (in his car). No one was hurt; it was actually just a fender bender, however, the woman who hit him was hysterical because she said she didn't have insurance. He was ticked at first but by the looks of her and the car he figured she probably just couldn't afford it. When he asked why she didn't keep insurance it was as he thought. Why don't they have auto insurance for low income people? Or do they. If so, they really need to advertise it on tv so that maybe more of these people can get insurance and drive legally.
