I told you I am back in Ohio for a visit. At the family gathering we had last night, all of their conversation was comparing fat burners. I went ahead and told them about my quest for the best diet pills. My sister showed me some that she has tried and liked. I would love to take that seriously and I may in fact try a couple of them, but I have to chuckle because my sister has always been thin. I have no idea why she feels compelled to use any kind of diet aid.

      Be wary of diet pills with ephedrine. Ephedrine has been banned in the NFL due to players passing away from a combination of the effects of ephedrine and heatstroke. Ephedrine elevates your heart rate substantially. I've tried products with ephedrine before and was alarmed by my body's response. My temperature rose quite a bit, my heart was racing. It was quite scary. Your body may react differently, but proceed with caution!
