I just got a call from a one of my girlfriends and she was crying and very upset. Once i got her calmed down she said that her boyfriend had just gone into drug rehab. I told her that she should be jumping for joy, not crying. I guess though the issue was that she did not know he was using drugs. She feels very betrayed and I guess I understand that.

He went to a place called Ambrosia treatment Center which looks like a resort to me. He is very lucky that he can afford a place like that because many people would not have that option.  I told her I'm sure he'll be fine and even told her she should call them and see if they have a program she could go to as the spouse. I think this would not only help her, but would most likely help him as well. She could learn about enabling and such and maybe be able to help keep him in check. I know she really loves him and I personally believe that everyone is worth saving!
