What exactly does under eye cream do? I know some are supposed to get rid of black circles under your eyes, but other than that, I have no idea. I think what I really need is a cream to put on top of my eyes. It needs to be something that ill lift and smooth out my eyelids and kind of lift up my brow (not my eyebrow itself but the skin right under the eyebrow). Is there such a cream?
