Well, after much research my one son finally enrolled in Western Governor's University (WGU) and I so happy. I was helping him with his online degree program search and we had narrowed it down to two universities that offered an online business degree. Both were accredited, but WGU stood out for many reasons.
First, they are a highly recognized institute of learning. In 2008, they won the USDLA 21st Century Award for DIstance Learning. These things might not sound that big to some people but my son works for the government and he knows that a degree from a school with WGU's reputation will earn him respect.
He was also extremely impressed with the program offerings. He is working on his Bachelor's and he had 5 programs to choose from and then, when he completes it, there are multiple Master's programs. He certainly seems delighted with his decision and as his parent, so am I!
