Gosh it is confusing

Well, my dad has finally hit his golden years and is about to get his Medicare plan . I thought he was kidding when he said how confusing it is. My dad has always been very sharp when it came to things like this so I was kind of worried. That is until I went over and was reading through all the info. Good grief they make it complicated! I thought I was just going to breeze through it and then recommend something but I am hesitant to do that. This is important and I don't even know who to refer him to!
