Have you ever heard of it? I have never but I will say that the website states some interesting things about this stuff. It says that conjugated linoleic acid can help you burn fat and build lean muscle. That sounds interesting. It also says that it is found in various plants and also in sunflower oil. A lot of people have reviewed it and it gets great reviews so I may have to try this stuff.
