If I had to pick one diet product that I have tried that kind of worked for me it would be Hydroxycut. If you go online and read the hydroxycut reviews you'll see some pretty big claims. While they are a bit exaggerated, overall, the stuff does seem to actually work. I gained weight when I got out of the military and it helped me to lose 50 pounds.
