I'm hurting

Wow, I woke up this morning really hurting. I did help my brother move a couple of days ago and I was sore from that, but that passed. I felt great yesterday, that is, until I went to bed. First off I couldn't get comfortable and kept tossing and turning and second my back just ached. I've been putting it off forever, but I think I really need a new mattress. I just don't know what kind to get.
