I don't have my own business but I do contract work for different things like delivering summons and some private investigative services. Anyway, most things require you to keep copies of your paperwork for about five years and you would not believe how much paper I have. Let me think...I have papers from four different things that I have been contracted for. I am actually thinking it might benefit me to sign up with one of those data backup services . If they do the scanning, I'm in because I'd love to get rid of all this paper!
